Some places are close to the mountain. This one is at it.
Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits next to Bridger Bowl Ski Area and directly across from Crosscut Mountain Sports Center — minutes from the slopes and Nordic skiing in winter, steps from the trails in summer, surrounded by the Custer Gallatin National Forest. Walk out the door and go — no shuttles, no parking, no wasted mornings.
The Condo
King in bedroom 1, queen in bedroom 2. Gas fireplace, boot and glove dryer, dedicated ski and gear storage, in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi when the mountain can wait. Additional sleeping options available, including premium air mattresses and linens for sofa.
Winter
Bridger Bowl offers deep powder, challenging terrain, and a mountain culture that serious skiers recognize immediately. No resort crowds, no resort prices. Right next door, Crosscut Mountain Sports Center offers 45km of groomed Nordic and skate ski trails, fat biking, snowshoeing, and biathlon — one of the finest Nordic facilities in the West. Big Sky Resort is 45 minutes south for a world-class day trip. Yellowstone's Gardiner entrance stays open year-round, just 1.5 hours away.
Spring & Summer
When the snow melts, Crosscut transforms into a mountain biking and trail running destination — 5-mile flow trail and extensive cross-country networks right next door. Twenty minutes away, the Gallatin River offers blue ribbon trout fishing. Thirty minutes out, the Shields River — uncrowded, spectacular, and one of Montana's best-kept secrets — comes alive with rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout. Full Yellowstone access opens in summer, under 2 hours south.
Fall
Fall may be the finest season of all. Trophy brown trout make their spawning run on the Shields River. Elk rut right in Bridger Canyon — visible from the road. The trails empty out, the foliage peaks, and the fishing heats up. MSU Bobcats football fills Bozeman with energy from August through November — Bobcat Stadium is 15 minutes away. Brawl of the Wild, one of the biggest rivalry games in college football, draws fans from across the region — book early.
The Location
Bozeman's Main Street — restaurants, breweries, live music — is 15 minutes south. Big Sky Resort 45 minutes. Yellowstone under 2 hours.
Four seasons. One address. There is no bad time to be here.
