Absolutely no parties or events (any gathering over 10 people)
No smoking inside smoking allowed outback only.

Early check in and late check out is a seperate fee and must be approved At least 24hrs prior

Everything about "My Happy Place" was exactly as promoted. The picture does not give the beautiful pool area and landscaped back yard justice - the property is a small oasis in a quiet neighborhood. Beach chairs and umbrella were complimentary just a mile or so from the house. The owners include extra beach towels, floats, and anything you might need for a vacation in south Florida. Our door code did not work, and the manager contacted us within 5 minutes and got us inside. Grateful this property was available with a price we could live with!We will be back!

We had a great experience at this VRBO rental and can’t say enough about the ease of the communication process with Charles, the property manager. The rental was accurately described on the site and was so close to activities. Our favorite part was the seclusion of the backyard, which makes you feel as if there is no one else around you.

POOL HEATER DOES NOT WORK.

Booked this property with excitement at idea of heated pool (as this was in all caps in listing), however pool never heated to a tolerable temperature. I booked this property for Christmas with my family, to include my 3yo nephew who loves water and was in consistent communication with maintenance helping to troubleshoot the heater. NO LUCK. Communicated this to owner often, no response hoping to assist. No luck. Eventually after stay asked for a small percentage refund… the owner never acknowledged.NO Luck. * Overall house presentation was nice, however don’t expect to use the garage either. There is also no hot tub as mentioned in ad.

Great Stay - Family Friendly

We had a great family vacation here. We did a lot of cooking and grilling. The kitchen was fully stocked with all spices needed to cook pretty much any dish, and good cookware. Checkout was a breeze as we didn’t have to do any cleaning before we left. AC had a hard time keeping up at times, but otherwise it was a perfect trip!

Fun time, but odd communication

The house was a lot smaller than it looked on the photos but we expected that. We messaged Charles a couple of weeks before our stay to confirm that a dog is in fact allowed, however he didn’t get back to us until the week prior to our stay. While we were waiting for his response we reached out to VRBO and they also confirmed that dogs were allowed. When he told us that we weren’t able to bring our service dog he offered us a completely different property. It caused us a lot of stress leading up to the trip so we stayed. When we arrived at the location we read the rules that in fact said that one small dog was permitted. So that was a lot of unnecessary stress and we STILL don’t know what is what. The heater was turned on when we got there which we found was odd because they charge 200 dollars a day for it to be on. We turned that off immediately. The first day we couldn’t even hear each other speak because the pump in the backyard was SCREAMING. Nothing seemed urgent when we spoke to Charles. The back porch had a ton of iguana poop on it (cushions and all) and the pool was really dirty. We had to do a lot of cleaning ourselves. When we left we realized that we left clothes in the dryer (completely our fault) but the fee for shipping everything back was so high so make sure you don’t leave anything. The communication was by far atrocious but the house was great besides all of the stress we had to deal with. We are pretty laid back and just want to write an honest review.

Great rental!

Everything was clean, well-stocked and seamless. For people with kids, they do have a high chair, pack & play, booster seat, everything you need. Beautiful pool, too bad we visited during a cold snap! Highly recommended.

My Happy Place

My Happy Place was a great find! I read all the reviews and they were very on point. The home is welcoming, clean, great location and has everything you need if you were in your own home. The kitchen has every amenity, they have a closet full of towels, the pool was clean and heated. The outdoor space is lovely. Plenty of seating, a grill (we did not use), trellis and the decor was nice as well. The landscape was pleasing and there are outdoor fans and twinkle lights to set up for any mood/occasion outside. The house has a closet filled with towels, great primary shower and great water pressure. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The owners leave a beach pass which is a huge bonus. It is barely a 10 minute drive to Atlantic Ave. The beach is 4 minutes away by car and parking is simple. Great clean beach. It was truly a wonderful place to stay. I went with my 19 yo daughter and we had a great time. The house was spotless and comfortable.

This property was exactly as shown on the website. The house was wonderful in a quiet neighborhood. All the amenities we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked and the internet worked great so that I could work. We enjoyed out time with friends sharing meals and swimming in the wonderful saltwater pool. My husband and I would definitely rent this house again on our next trip to the area. We had a wonderful stay in this Happy Place!

Great House & Location

The house was big, comfortable, and having the pool was a huge plus. In addition the kitchen was very well stocked with spices, cookware, and even left over sealed bottles of water. You could tell that both the owner and property manager were committed to their guests enjoying their stay. The location was also great. Just minutes away from the beach and various restaurants. It was also a huge benefit being able to use free chairs, an umbrella, and table while at the beach. Make sure to take the card with you to the beach to take full advantage of these freebees!

Fishing trip

This was the perfect location for a quick fishing trip in South FL. Home was very well kept, and clean. Nothing was beat up or ran down. Neighborhood was very nice and location was just perfect.

Amazing Stay

Me and my family stayed here for our small vacation and the stay was fantastic! Our host Charles was great. He was always available and prompt when we needed his help. The house was clean and neighborhood was quiet and minutes from the beach. The pool was fabulous. Our kids really enjoyed it! We will be returning for our next vacation!

Fourth of July Friend Trip

We absolutely loved this home. We had friends fly in from London, friends drove in from Tampa, and three of us are two months into a trip across North America. It was so comfortable, spacious, and well stocked with anything we could’ve wanted. The pool and outdoor space was incredible. Everyone is our group was so impressed, we’d definitely stay here again. 110% recommend!!

Perfect 4 night weekend stay

We arrived Thursday night 🌙 9pm from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Charles texted door codes and we entered property with no problems. The property was immaculate located short drive from Oceanfront Park. We spent two gorgeous days on the beach ⛱️. Thanks Charles with your help with the Umbrella and chair pass after my call to you from the beach and your quick help. We did try the swimming pool but it was a bit to cold for us although the pool and backyard were very cozy and delightful. My daughter who came with us, with her 6 year old, enjoyed her morning run/ walk and enjoyed the sights nearby. We spent Friday evening in Del Rey Beach and wow, what a young, action packed vibe in the downtown area. Our son, daughter and grandson enjoyed the scene. My wife and I attended services at the local church. We attended a wedding later on Sunday at 5pm after an easy day in the house. The house was very well stocked with towels, sheets, beach towels and beach pass for free chairs and Umbrella for beach. We found many spices and condiments along with paper towels which made shopping for food at Publix a little easier. All said, we all enjoyed your beautiful home and services ❤️. Thanks.

Very comfortable

The family had a great time at this location. We come to the area every six months to visit an aging grandma. This was the first time we stayed at this location. It was very comfortable and well stocked. There was lots of room, and space indoors and out. The pool was great and afforded us privacy. They were lots of pool “toys” For everybody. As I said earlier it was extremely well stocked with towels condiments and pool “toys”. I would recommend it to a family

Boynton Beach Oasis

The property was a pleasure to stay at. Very clean and well stocked. This is a beautifully landscaped property with a beautiful fenced in backyard and beautiful pool. My family enjoyed early morning dips in the pool and the outdoor BBQ area. We will rent this property again👍.
