I stayed two nights and my room was not serviced at all - a "green" initiative apparently, though I imagine it also means fewer cleaning staff are required? A four star hotel ... but they couldn't organise a taxi to the station for me - ..."

"Accommodation was actually really nice. However, they charged my card twice and luckily I noticed although it took a couple of days for the refund. Wasn't good customer service that they didn't respond to my text messages or voicemail and didn't even apologise for their error!"
