"My first time stay at a BOB W apartment and won’t be the last. There was a lot to like about this. The size of the apartment big enough to stretch out in yet not too big for one person. Coffee machine with good coffee was a highlight. Equipment instructions were easy to follow (maybe the microwave/oven combo a bit trickier) loved the neighbourhood and the fact that it was more local and yet a few mins walk to the centre of the city. "Great location. Very quite. Simple room, good to sleep. The reason I am not giving it a higher rating is because the bathroom stank of sewer. Might have been one of the drains (p-trap not filled anymore?), as the bathroom itself was very clean, but this should have been caught by maintenance. "

"Place was very comfortable. Close to transit and very central location. Checkin was easy code and they had a storage room we could use after checkout. Shower was good pressure. No street noise. It had a washer dryer combo and we didn’t realize it takes like 9 hours. But worked, we just needed better planning. There was a kitchen and we did make dinner/food some meals. "

"Die Metrostation in 5 Minuten, Cafe im Supermarkt Hertta in 5 Minuten und nebenan ein Markt rund um die Uhr. In Minuten mit der U-Bahn in der Stadt. So konnten wir uns gut verpflegen und waren doch schnell bei allen Sehenwürdigkeiten. Der Check-in war einfach und reibungslos. Die Ausstattung funktional nüchtern, die Betten sehr gut..Aber es ist alles Nötige da. Wir waren 8 Tage hier und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine ruhige, moderne Schlafstadt in Herttoniemi. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

The only downside this year was that it seemed a bit unsafe for our students at some point, due to the skechy figures coming and going and selling god knows what to some of the other guests staying at the apartments."

"The apartment is very spacious, nice and well placed. However to get the keys you have to go all the way opposite of where the apartment is and that is not that pleasant after a long journey (if flying etc.). Also despite the fact that the key pick up is somewhat close to the train station, I suggest you to take the tram to get there, especially if you have luggages. I found some backing paper still in the oven, some dirty pans in the cabinets, and dishes in the dishwasher, which where not...
