"We checked in and saw our bed not made, and there was lots of black hair on the sheets. We were disgusted and asked the main lobby clerk for a new room. We got the new room, which was cleaner. For breakfast, they reused the potatoes from yesterday and re “air fried” them, as we overheard the staff saying that and they looked terrible the potatoes! We didn’t touch them! Very disappointed esp for the price we paid "

A fellow customer had already been waiting for almost 1/2 an hour before we arrived to try and check in. No one was available to answer our calls or help us at the desk. When we got to our rooms, there was no towels, no shower curtain and no extra bedding for the sofa bed. "Great location near downtown. Gas stations nearby for easy accessibility to drinks and snacks. Close enough to find scooters and bikes and explore downtown. Staff were helpful in asking local questions of great spots to eat and explore."

"This property was nothing like the pictures on Expedia show it. It is dated and isolated. Not near anyplace to get food and I did not feel safe there. I had a 5 night reservation and ended up staying 1 night and then moving to a different hotel. I am still waiting to see if they will refund my money."
