"There were hopping fleas all over their discusting carpet. And bugs jumping out of the sink. I am not sure if all "suites" there are like this. Or if I just got really lucky. It was so bad that I had to "flee" the property at 11:30 pm. And sleep in my car. I only stayed there because I was having construction done on my own home nearby. Never ever would think this hotel would be so run down and discusting. Especially considering the location. Still charged for 2 nights there. That I will e...

"Location was convenient. Staff was possibly understaffed as some were very direct and rude. One even reprimanded me for getting two breakfast items with same tongs. I get it, however they were very rude about it. Carpet smelled dank. Additionally, the second night there were loud teenagers running up and down the hallway and barking dogs till 4 a.m.. We got no sleep at all the second night. I reported the events going on, however they said they had no staff to monitor and they would look into...

"Stayed in accessible room: outlets by bed were too lose to keep a charger. Accessible room did not have enough room around the bed for a wheelchair to move around safely. Bathroon was okay but would be awesome if the toiletry pumps were located by the actual bench. Breakfaat was okay with hot and cold options. I travel with a service dog andit is noce that they have an onsite dog park. "

"I could write an essay... The staff was lovely. The pool and hot tub was great besides the semi trucks picking up the debris from renovations. Stacks of toilets and bathtubs and mattress outside the window hot tub area. I was informed that there are renovations happening. The front disk clerk told me and I choose to have a room on the first floor because she told me they don't have rooms that have been renovated and have bathtubs. The front desk check in also said it would not be happening...

"We ate at the hotel resturant but we had to pay. It wasnt a part of the the amenities in the hotel. The staff that took our order where not friendly at all. Regarding the hotel, it was very clean and i enjoyed the pool."

"We stay here anytime we visit our family for holidays. I will say each time we have come to stay the pool amenities are not the best. The hot tub is not in good condition, and the pool is always dirty. We have yet to enjoy the pool in 3 years. But it hasnt stoped us from staying here because we enjoy the restaurant and how close it is to downtown. "
