"Checked in around 3pm, but didn't get into the room until after dinner. The room and amenities were good. After unpacking, I pulled the chair out from under the desk and noticed something had been dragged out by the chair. It turned out to be animal feces! I contacted the front desk and was told that none of the housekeeping staff was on duty, but that he (the front desk manager) would come up to sweep up the mess. "Well, not a great stay. We were given a room on the first floor & as one of us walked into “reserved room” -a gentlemen was coming out of the bathroom having just showered.
