"Staff lovely : incredibly helpful and welcoming . Breakfast acceptable. Bedlinen and towels clrean. However room tired and outdated decor quality shocking. Tv only appeared to have one workable station. Bath had sand in the bottom."

Staff were pleasant, even though it was clear they were very short staffed, the made sure everyone was happy. "I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Parking costs £25 per day, which I found very expensive for guests staying at the hotel. The swimming pool also requires an extra charge of £5 per adult and £3 per child, which should really be included in the stay. ..."

"Well located next door to the train station/Stonehenge tourbus stop and easy and safe walk to everything in Salisbury including enterprise rent a car, which was nice for driving to Dartmoor National Park. Plenty of space for family to spread out in the 2BR unit with plenty of seating in living room. ..."
