Also due to the position of the rooms you will get a lot of sunlight through as the blinds unfortunately were not black our drapes. The breakfast in the club level was subpar. "Horrible noise. Party tent just below. Staff just say too bad so sad it’s the city. They need to inform people when booking that it’s very very noisy. They even do maintenance at 11 pm. They charge a premium and have very very poor service."

"I was very excited to have a jacuzzi in the room, which I did enjoy. The breakfast was great! However, check in wasn't so great. I had no idea I would need a $200 deposit. When I finally got to my room, the key card didn't work, making me have to go all the way back downstairs to have it reset. "Comfortable bed, nice view of the city. The front doorman was helpful in dealing with the terrible entry screen, he escorted us to the room. The suite was unlocked with a Key and fob on the table. Once in, the place has a decent layout. The back bedroom is open to the kitchen and must be passed through to access the bathroom, not ideal but not terrible. "Room was super clean and comfortable. Didn’t feel grossed out being in socks at all. Only thing was we decided to extend our stay by one night and they had us change rooms (to keep the same one was $80 more) which isn’t much of an inconvenience to us but felt like a waste since the cleaning people would have to clean an extra room. Parking was $20/day. A little excessive but that would be my only complaint! The pool and hot tub were great. We had a great stay."
