Newly updated, private unit in a duplex, 15 minutes from the emerald coasts' beautiful white sandy beaches! Boasts a large backyard, brand new gel foam mattresses, new Roku TVs in all rooms, Keurig maker, organic cotton robes, plush organic oversized towels and washer and dryer to help make your stay convenient, relaxing and fun! One block from the local brewery with trivia game nights! Niceville children's park, dog park, local arcade, and hiking at Turkey Creek Nature trail all within minutes!
The space
2 bedroom, 1 bath unit in approx. 900 sq foot duplex with private entry, washer and dryer, large backyard (no grass, mainly sand), doggy door for small dogs (**dogs 30 lbs and under only allowed in this unit unless otherwise approved for in writing**). 2 carport spaces available (one covered parking spot and one spot behind covered parking)
Guest access
You will have the whole, 900 sq ft. back unit to yourself, with private smart lock entry.
Other things to note
Your stay includes: Board games, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, new extra soft and extra large organic wrap around towels, blow dryer, stemless wine glasses and many other comforts to help make your stay a relaxing one! Welcome to Niceville!

Nice neighborhood

Nice neighborhood with lots of shopping/eating options close by. Not too far from beaches and attractions. Dishes/cookware/utensils, towels and bedding also there Along with washer and dryer. TVs in rooms Everything worked as it should have.

Fishing trip

Great communication. House is perfect for a group of guys playing golf and deep sea fishing. Long ways from the beach though if that's the purpose of your trip. It was exactly as the listing stated. Will happily stay again.

Fantastic!

The home is just as advertised with pleasant decor, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, the backyard is welcoming, easy walking distance to coffee shop/restaurants, and a perfect location for our needs. We will certainly stay here again!
