The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. "This property is perfect for relaxing weekend at the river! It is a few minutes walk to the boat launch into Big River, clean, comfortable, and it has all the activities you could want after a long day in the sun. I especially loved sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset and looking up at the abundancy of stars!! I would definitely stay hear again!! "

"This is a great house, we loved having the separate media/game room for the teenagers to hang out in. The house was very clean and perfect size for our party of 12. Would definitely stay here again"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at this unique desert cabin. The cabin was clean and well-maintained, as was the property. The front porch was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the desert sunset. The parking worked perfectly for us since we were pulling a small trailer. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner communicated quickly and clearly. We would stay at this property again and highly recommend it."

"This house is beautiful! Tons of room for 4 couples to comfortably share the space and enjoy an epic weekend. Sabrina was lovely to communicate with. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. My favorite feature of the house is the patio where we all gathered to relax and watch the boats cruise by. 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely be back!"

"This is a great property and great location right on the river. Check In process was seamless and the host was very responsive and attentive. The kitchen was equiped with utensils and spices, although I'd recommend a few more pans for cooking. There was plenty of towels and bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash just in case you forget yours. Overall everything was great and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the water! "

The garbage instructions appear to be for a different property, so we werent 100% certain where we needed to dispose of that when we checked out. It mentions there is a gate remote, and if you lose it you are charged. However there was no remote. The fridge in the main kitchen was not getting cold, the TV cord in the living room was missing and lastly we did have to disenage the smoke detectors as...
