"We stayed close to Heathrow for an early flight. Perfect for us family of four. Comes with secure parking which was a massive plus. Kitchen well equipped for a long stay. Everything was clean. Beds were not the comfiest. But was ok for a night. "

"Stay this time was fair (been here previously, 4yrs ago). However there was no cleaning and provision of toiletries during our 5-night stay as distinct from usual 'hotel' settings."

"Apartment was spotless and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good, but we didn't need to use much. There were a few bars & restaurants very close to the apartment. I did not see a supermarket (but did not venture far!) The roads around Reading town centre were a bit confusing and our sat nav wanted to avoid roads that were only for buses and black cabs but you need to drive through that zone to get to the apartments. If you are driving, please read all the info...

"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. I’m so grateful!! Thank you!! Absolutely...

"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations.
