"The place, staff, cleanliness was amazing. Expedia never told us to book a check in time upon arrival. It took us an extra hour and a half because expedia failed to inform us of any inforamtion before arriving to the property. Overall the the place was amazing, but booking through expedia needs to be more aware of what needs to be done after booking at this property."

"The room was spacious, but our ice maker didn’t work. The headboard had a few tears in the vinyl. The bedside lamp and charging station didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t come, I needed new towels and coffee, but never got it. The staff was super nice, and we had no problem with communication. The check in and checkout went smoothly. Overall I don’t know if I would stay there again."

"When we first arrived, I was a little overwhelmed because the check-in line was very long. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it moved. They had plenty of staff working the front desk, so the check-in process was fast and efficient.
Our rooms was very spacious, which we really appreciated. I do feel like it could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was comfortable. We also spent time at the pool, and there were plenty of lounge chairs available, which was a huge plus.

"The house is really biiiggggg and clean, area wonderful ale very quiet, perfect for a big family and a lot of space. The pool and jacuzzi very clean, game room and bedroom excellent!!!!! Communication with hostess excellent…. Very recommended..:♥️♥️♥️
Las muy grande, limpia el vecindario muy bien y muy tranquilo, perfecto para una familia grande, la alberca y jacuzzi muy limpios, las recámaras , cuarto de juego y comunicación con el encargado excelente ..!!! Muy recomendable "
