We came across this place randomly after our first choice didn't provide door code and room code for our arrival time on time. "Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly host and clear instructions for self check-in. The area is close to the central station and feels pretty neglected, but for the price it’s absolutely acceptable. There is a metro connection (only reliable public transport we found in Naples) to the city center within 10 minutes walking distance. Two improvement points: (1) a small lamp for the night stand to have some indirect lighting and (2) two small pillows to make reading in bed more...

"The apartment is really nice and so were the hosts. The bed was comfortable but a little noisy when getting on and off and the stairs to get to the apartment are steep and not easy to climb."

" This hotel is automated so you will not talk to local staff members. It is also in a residential area that for some reason does not have any nice local pasta restaurants. The hotel is very modern and clean and they will help you by text if you have questions. 1.2K walk to the bus station transport to or from the airport, via Alibus 5 euros one stop. Or find a shared taxi at the airport for 5euros. Hope that helps."

"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"
