"I was outta town for the weekend and I chose this hotel I can say it was very clean and well kept the room was very comfortable and homey staff was excellent and it was very quiet when I go back definitely will be staying there again and for the price was great"

"This hotel needs significant upgrades. The rugs are worn, dingy and dirty, the "decorating" is not tasteful (to anyone), the pool towels were old and small, breakfast was subpar, the mattress and pillows were awful and you can hear everything in the hallways and in the adjacent rooms. The staff were friendly, but that is not nearly enough to justify a $216/per night stay. It felt like a motel, but it certainly was not as cheap as one."

"They didn't change the towels, room smelled humid. Soap terrible, very thin and soft. No place where to put the soap in the bathtub. No TV in the lobby. Dryer out off order."

"The staff were very nice. There was no restaurant although they did advertise one. The toilet was very wobbly. We reported it and were told they would put it on the list but they couldn't fix it now because the room would have to be closed for 5 days. The shower was VERY hard to turn on. My wife couldn't turn it on and I thought I was going to end up ripping it out of the wall. The tub stopper would not work. It stayed closed when the shower was running so the tub was filling with water when...

"The bed is not pillow topped as described, the shower floor was cracked and can cause injury. Shower floor is incredibly slick while dry, and even worse when wet. The soap dispensers in the shower did not work, the toilet was not secured to the floor, we did not get a snack box as it says we would for a premium room. "

"The ice bucket had dried residue in it and smelled like vomit. I took it to the front desk and no apology was given, she just said someone could bring me another one. The ice machine did not work and had to call to see where I had to go to get ice. "

"I traveled with my grandchildren to visit St Augustine and the beach the hotel was very conveniently located in a good price it was clean and the staff was very helpful"
