Nestled just a stone’s throw away from Boston, this charming three-bedroom home offers everything your family needs to unwind and escape the city’s hustle and bustle.

First Floor:
Step into a warm and inviting family room, complete with a Samsung UHD TV and a Sonos Sound System. Ascend a step to the chef’s kitchen, equipped with all Viking appliances and All Clad cookware. This kitchen is part of an open concept living space that includes an eight-seat dining room. The living room exudes luxury with its shiplapped fireplace and Hunter Douglass full-length shutters. A full bathroom and bedroom provide flexible sleeping accommodations, separate from the second-floor bedrooms.

Second Floor:
Two generously sized bedrooms share a full bathroom equipped with brand-new, lush white towels. The primary bedroom boasts a queen-size Tempur-Pedic mattress, a SMART TV that offers access to Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Netflix, and blackout custom window treatments. The second bedroom is ideal for children and features a twin over twin bunk bed, a single twin bed, and a full-size crib. To help you leave the excess “stuff” behind, some books and toys are provided. Additionally, pull-across safety gates are built into the top and bottom of the staircase.

A washer and dryer are situated in the basement.

Our stay at this home could not have been better. The house is renovated and charming, was pristine when we arrived and stocked with great towels, games, nespresso pods and assorted teas, firewood for the wood burning fireplace. It is 5 minutes away from Wholefoods and an easy drive into Boston. Our host was welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed having a wood burning fireplace to enjoy during the cold winter evenings/

Janel’s house was wonderful. We had an amazing 2 week stay here with our 2.5 year old and 4 month old. The house is fully stocked with anything you need including kids toys and outdoor toys. The neighborhood is really quaint as well and we enjoyed doing laps around the streets on walks/bikes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and we will definitely be staying here again on future visits to MA.

Great area! Very safe and friendly. We felt very safe letting our teens walk to TJ Max. Gas station, TJ Max, CVS, McDonalds and Dunkin are all super close. It was a 30 min drive to Boston or Salem and up the street from Lexington. There’s a really nice mall and lots of restaurants about 10 minutes from the home as well. House is super cute and cozy. Property manager is easy to teach and friendly as well. The stairways had baby gates which we didn’t need but they would be great for those with young kids. They even had kids toys in the kids bedroom closet!

Fantastic experience in a very clean, comfortable and well appointed home. Location was great and Janel was very helpful. Very close to Burlington hospitals, restaurants and shopping. Also a quick trip to Cambridge and Boston sights. Nice backyard and neighborhood. Highly recommend - enthusiastic 5 stars!

The house is lovely; very clean and well appointed. I visited with two adult children, and although Janel let us know that the upstairs room with three small beds was really only appropriate for kids, my daughter is short and the single bed was fine. The location was perfect for our needs, a 90th birthday party nearby, and some exploring in the Boston-Cambridge area with family. The clean up process was a little intimidating (what if I don't start the double dishwasher correctly?), but I think we managed it.

Cozy Cape Cof

The house was clean, nicely appointed, and felt both comfortable and homey. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated just minutes from Lexington and Concord, and only about 40 minutes to Boston. History buffs will love how easy it is to access historic sites and landmarks from this central spot.

Perfect for us

If Bedford is the location you desire, then look no further than this property. Immaculate and wonderfully furnished. Kitchen had everything. Even toys for the kids. Used the Weber twice. Nearby to Whole Foods, Stop and Shop, and reasonably close to Burlington Mall. Would gladly stay there again.

Nice house and great location

We were visiting a variety of places within the general area (Concord, Boston, Plymouth, Salem) and this house was a perfect place for our family. During our downtime, our kids had a great time playing football in the big backyard. The house was a good size for our family of 5 and had everything we needed and more.

Wonderful

This house was perfect. Beautiful inside with every amenity you would need. The area is quiet and very safe. Janel was quick and kind with communication. She even ordered coffee pods for us during our stay. We will be back anytime we need to be in Boston!

Our September stay

Two grandparents, two parents, and an 11-month boy, Riley, were guests of Janel for a week. We grandparents had Riley to care for each day while Mom competed in a national golf tournament and Dad caddied for Mom. Janel’s property was the absolute ideal location and set up and design. Riley and I each day explored Lexington Green, Minuteman National Park, all of it, and Concord and The North Bridge; and Walden Pond. We even drove down to Harvard Square! The rooms were spotless and for us with an active crawling child the attention to cleanliness was gratifying to say the least. Each night the dinner table with the highchair was the venue for a cheerful dinner with all of us together. And, oh, yes, the backyard and patio. All slept well. Lights were out early and the neighborhood was peaceful as can be. We were awakened each morning to the sound of Reveille at 6:30am sharp. It was a great feature, one of too many to list, of our fabulous stay.
