  • Esta propiedad frente al mar con ACCESO DIRECTO AL AGUA, NATACIÓN, BARCOS, PADDLE BOARDING, KAYAKING Y PESCA lo tiene todo! Y ... a pocos minutos del centro histórico de Boston. Tres habitaciones, con cocina completa y baño completo a estrenar. Hermosas puestas de sol y vistas del agua desde cada ventana! Ven a respirar el aire salado del océano y escucha las olas golpear la orilla. El transporte público se detiene justo en nuestra esquina, o simplemente siéntate y toma el ferry. A 10 minutos del paseo marítimo, barcos, tiendas y ferry a la histórica Boston. Los senderos para bicicletas locales recorren marismas protegidas repletas de vida silvestre. Ven a fotografiar los cisnes, las garzas y las garcetas. Todas las fotos de la vista del agua que se muestran aquí fueron tomadas desde el frente de la casa.
    Conoce al pescador de langosta local en el muelle Houghs Neck y compra una cena de langosta recién llegada del bote. Olla de langosta y elementos esenciales proporcionados.

    Nuestra casa está totalmente equipada con cable premium, HBO, Showtime, películas, wi fi, Wii, Netflix y juegos. Hay 2 kayaks (remos y chalecos salvavidas) en las instalaciones. El espacio es de aproximadamente 1000 pies cuadrados con pisos de madera en todo. El estacionamiento es ilimitado y gratuito. Auto check in con bloqueos numéricos y respuesta en vivo las 24 horas si es necesario.

A great location. The house was small, but we expected that from the listing. The location made up for it. Across the street was the beach. The host was easy to communicate with.

This was a Beautiful place to stay! The owner was lovely and communication was fantastic. I couldn't belive we found such a peaceful corner of such a hectic city.

Excellent location!!

Wonderful stay a short drive from Boston with fantastic views on the water!! My family loved being so close to the water while still having so many food and entertainment options nearby!

This was a wonderful stay! Susan is awesome with communication. The house has some great history to it. It's quirky but very comfortable. The bedroom is a good size with lights and table on both sides (a rarity believe it or not). The shower is piping hot with amazing pressure. The kitchen is full sized and has every imaginable amenity from utensils, coffee maker, microwave, ice trays. Add to that there's every condiment imaginable. Even though the house is at an intersection, it was quiet at night.There are unusual surprises behind cabinet doors. She provides piles of outdoor things from fishing poles, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Being immediately across the beach was fun. The beach itself isn't a white sand Beach but it's nice. We thoroughly enjoyed taking the chairs to the water's edge to read with toes in the water. Swimming is quite nice at high tide. Fishing was fun both from the beach and the nearby pier. We didn't catch anything but I'm told it's a good place for stripers and flounder. Just remember to get a license - it's only 10 for the year. There's a fun locals bar about a 15 minute walk away, not a touristy yuk-bar.My only semi-negative is this - the dining table is in the very back in a dark room. we moved it to the front living room in front of the window facing the ocean - which made it perfect for dining and playing some of the many games Susan provided. I would absolutely come back here.

The property was very nice! Warm and cozy, there was plenty of room for our family. The view of Boston across the bay was beautiful! We had a lot of fun on the beach.

This was perfectly located for all that we wanted to do! We went into Boston to explore one day, then to Nantasket beach for another. The owner was immediately responsive to a problem that came up! Good space for my family to spend a long weekend!

Perfect beachfront place

It was a lovely stay at this Nice and warm place with a lovely view right across the street from the seawall. The host is accessible and attentive. I highly shighlrecommend staying here
