This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry and 3 additional exterior security cameras: 1 camera is near the garage facing the driveway, 1 camera is on the left side of the home facing the side gate, and 1 camera is on the back of the home facing the patio and backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record a live feed that captures video and audio when activated by motion (or when the video doorbell button is pressed). The devices do not store footage

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was winter, but we still enjoyed walking on the beach at low tide. The house was spacious, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. The three king and one queen size beds were a big plus for us. Convenient to everything we wanted to be near: Salem, Boston, Rail system.

My sisters and myself met up with my cousins for a Cousin's Trip in Salem we loved the location of the house in relation to Salem..it.took us only about 15 or less minutes to get to major attractions withing the city. Thouse was more than spacious,

Perfect family getaway

We had a wedding, not far from the house and it was wonderful to have a home with multiple rooms and bathrooms and a large space for us all to come and eat together! Super clean and the beds were outrageously comfortable. In fact, I would love to know what type of mattress or topper it is cause I want to buy one!

Very clean, nice house for family of 4 for our trip to Salem

We had a really great visit. The house was very clean. It felt very comfortable like we were in a second home for the weekend. The host was very kind and helpful. Check in was incredibly easy. The beds and blankets were very comfortable and we had lots of room.The kitchen was probably my favorite part. Sadly, we didn't get to really use it much as we ate out most of the time since it was a short trip. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip back to salem

It sufficed

There really was nothing spectacular about this property but there was nothing really terrible about it either. We needed a place for two couples to pad down for the night after spending long days in Salem and Boston and it provided that. There were some minor quirks with the home, but they were not major issues (like no kitchen trash can). If you simply need a place to sleep and wash up, feel free to consider this property. The pool and hot tub are not available for the renters - but this is listed in the description. The best part of the home is, it is not far from the restaurant Lincoln's Landing which is a great place for breakfast.

Cozy coastal home

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here while visiting Salem and some other coastal towns. Easy parking, short walk to the beach, short drive into Salem, comfy beds, hot showers, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax. Evolve was great to work with, and the host was proactive, responsive, and kind.
