Outstanding property with great views! Plenty of space and great ammenities. Our host Kevin was awesome and a great communicator throughout our stay. We are all looking forward to staying here again the next time we make it up to Scituate.

We had the best weekend staying here for our wedding weekend. The views were amazing, and the space was perfect for our family. The house includes everything you would need to sleep comfortably and host. Kevin was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was a highlight of our weekend.

Just the best spot. I used this space for my wedding weekend. All the girls got ready here in the morning. We had our first look at the Scituate Lighthouse, just a quick drive. We hosted a day-after party here, too, out on the deck. Everyone raved about the house. Hoping to rent it again in the future! Plus, Kevin is truly an amazing host.

We absolutely loved our stay in Kevin‘s home! You’re so close to the water that you feel like you might be on a boat! We had kids of all ages staying in the home and everybody slept well because it felt well. Insulated. One thing to note is that the current construction is unpredictable and often challenging which may keep you from wanting to go on the deck. The Murphy bed on the third floor is in its own sweet living room/kitchen, but doesn’t seem to have air conditioning. That whole floor shakes a bit with sound from the air conditioning unit.Two refrigerators, huge kitchen, all the necessary, spices, and baking soda… Etc. Also, bring your own beach towels! There’s a lovely beach, with sand bottoms, just one block away.Enjoy!

We stayed at this house for my wedding weekend with multiple family members and it was perfect. There was so much room for everyone to feel comfortable. Each room has a bathroom which is amazing. The views from every room made it that much more beautiful. The host was wonderful and great with communication. Book your stay!

Amazing host the house was wonderful and super easy to get in touch with them. Highly recommend this place had plenty of amazing views from all the decks and an amazing first floor to talk and hang around with family and friends.

Our stay was amazing. We used this as the bridal suite getting ready location on the day of my wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Kevin was an amazing host, kept checking in and answered any questions in a timely manner and the rooms were beautiful and I honestly can’t wait to stay here again during warmer months!!

This ocean front home was perfect for our family to spend time together while we were in town for a family event. The kitchen and bar area were perfect for cooking and hanging out. The living area has stunning views and the large deck was awesome. Each bedroom had its own bath, mini fridge, and balcony overlooking the ocean; which made everyone happy !! The location is perfect and an easy walk into town. The host was easy to communicate with and we had a great time. The sea wall construction is ongoing but it did not bother us or interfere with our plans. Thank you!!

5 STARS ALL AROUND! Amazing setting! House is clean, spacious and decorated extremly well! Beds super comfortable! Wish we could have enjoyed the amazing deck but renting in November that is asking a lot!Will def hope to rent again for next years sales retreat/planing session!

Family Escape

This property was absolutely the best one we have stayed at so far! It was able to easily accommodate our large family! Everyone had a private room and a bathroom! We loved everything about it!

The reviews are accurate! Kevin is a great host, extremely professional and responsive with any questions or concerns. We chose this property for an intimate wedding celebration on the Scituate coast and it was perfect. The views are 10/10. It was truly a beautiful weekend!
