This apartment has 3 good size bed room with queen size beds and ample of closet space
The living room provides a great place to relax after a day of exploring the area. We offer smart tv that is connected to Netflix
We have a good size kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea.
There is 1 newly renovated bathroom in the apartment with a bath tub.
The apartment also has a small deck area where you can relax

Great Guys trip

Host was very communicative and provided great detail on things to do nearby. The spot was nice in that we walked to restaurants and a brewery, but the Main Street noise go loud at times. It was also very easy to uber into Boston.

Chic city

Loved the place! Nice art work and spacious bathroom. Loved how the old history of the building was updated. Nice washer/Dryer. The family owned restaurant is really great food and they give you 10% off. Very close to a lot of tourist spots. Balcony was nice as well.

Great Weekend Getaway in Everett

3 of us came into town for 2 nights and the apartment was perfect! We each had our own room and the common areas had plenty of room. There was even a little porch that was nice to sit out and enjoy some coffee and conversation. Clean, the owner was very responsive.

Good central spot to meet

The apartment was as advertised, and quiet despite being on a Main Street. Rooms were a good size with storage. Did not utilize the deck/patio area. Everything was adequately appointed. Beds, linens, rooms were clean. There are restaurants and stores close enough to pick up anything you might have forgotten. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Parking is on street and available. The host was communicative and prompt with responses.

I was very surprised as every other Vrbo property we have rented in the past has been exquisite and very clean. This property did match the neighborhood it was situated in. Dirty and lacking in comfort. The place offered one lousy and uncomfortable couch...nothing else besides beds. No other comfortable chairs other than the dining room. Only one tv Floors were uneven and the parking was hardly safe. We are going to be more cautious next time we rent from Vrbo... Really thought you all were different than your competition. This place did your company no favors.

We had a very good time, the house was big, confortable and modern. There could be more tools for the cooking but it was fine. I recommend this apartment for everyone.

Cheaply thrown together old apartment.

Rough neighborhood. Floors ridiculously unlevel. Only 5 towels provided. EVERY door handle/lock loose. Closet doors didn't fit or close. Bathroom sink drained super slow. Parking was a joke. Again...rough neighborhood. Pics of unit are deceiving. Washer smelled like mold. Cabinet doors falling off. There's better places...don't waste your money at this one.

Near downtown Boston

Apartment above restaurant is clean and spacious. Parking (free) has limitations and requires moving the vehicle daily. Easy access to public transit. Restaurant below had good food. Noise from road and restaurant may be bothersome to some. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Very nice location close enough to Boston Downtown

During September 2022 we made a 3 1/2 weeks trip thru NorthEast of US and stayed 4 days in Everett. During this road trip we got to know more than 10 different "night stays" (some hotels, 6 VRBO appartments) and we (couple 57 with 2 sons (25 and 22), one of them with partner) selected this nice appartment as our favorite. Very clean and well maintained, super friendly hosts, excellent cuisine in the resto of the owners and still close to the main attractions of Boston (20-30 min by Uber, bit longer with public transportation). Great stay, super nice !!!

Cute spot for Boston weekend

Very cute place and good location. Property managers were nice but the toilet wasn’t working nearly the whole time during our stay (Friday through Sunday) They were receptive and had someone come and fix it the next day but after the handyman left, the toilet was still not working so all of us (5 girls) had to go elsewhere if we needed to use the bathroom. Really would have wished that this could have been fixed properly and would have appreciated some type of refund because it was a really big inconvenience. Aside from this problem, it would have been a great spot!

3 bedroom apartment in Everett

Nice modern apartment with plenty of room for a family. 3 roomy bedrooms, a large dining area, good kitchen in a quiet building. The neighborhood is fine! Everett surprised me (an out of towner) with how clean and well kept it was. We had a very nice walk around town. One pointer for other guests: If you have more than 1 car get a visitor parking pass from city hall.

Comfortable stay

The place was very clean. Comfortable beds. Clean towels. The place was newly updated. The owner was easy to reach to address our needs. Seven Eleven is across the street with bars and restaurants nearby.
