Large Oceanside Apartment. Walk to the beach and many restaurants. Pet Friendly

  • 11 Fuller Terrace is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The completely remodeled apartment is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a two family home. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living/dining area, study/work nook and sun room. The private driveway can accommodate two cars. There is additional parking at the bottom of the street.
    Please see house rules/booking settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.
    The space
    There are two bedrooms with a king bed and two bedrooms with a full-size bed with pull out twin trundle beds.

    The kitchen contains a 36 inch Thermador professional range with pro hood, Thermador refrigerator and dishwasher.

    The sunroom is surrounded by windows and has two loveseats a rocking chair and a reading chair for getting some fresh air or enjoying your coffee/tea in the morning.

    Guest access
    This is the second and third floor of a two family house. The first floor is a completely separate rental unit as well.

    Other things to note
    There are two parking spots in the driveway. There is ample street parking at the bottom of the hill. There Swampscott Commuter Rail stop is 3 minutes drive from the house and provides fast, easy access to Boston and Salem.

This was a lovely home, close to the water and to the commuter rail; only one train stop to Salem. There are lots of things to do within walking distance. The hosts were communicative and responsive.

The home is lovely with water views. It is walking distance from the beach and several stores and restaurants in Swampscott .The owner was absolutely great and very attentive. They checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

We spent the weekend of the 4th at Ryan’s place. It worked really well for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. We didn’t spend a lot of time there because we had more family nearby hosting most of the family events. But the place has pretty much everything we needed. There are lots of incidental things that came in handy. A gate to close off the stairs was great for the little kids and the fact the whole place has a/c was really great with the heat that weekend. Also, really fun location. Short walk down the hill and you have the beach, some restaurants and bars. All in all a great place to stay.

Spacious Home Apartment

Perfect location in Swampscott. Short walks to numerous restaurants which all have great food. Short car ride into Salem, and to board the train into Boston. Nahant Beach is nice; plenty of beach towels in the apartment. Liked having the a spacious apartment with a large table table for card playing in the evenings. Host, Ryan, responded quickly to our few questions. Enjoyable ladies trip!
