The quiet side street in Medford was great after spending our days in Boston. The close proximity to public transportation was also a plus. No worries about city parking at all.The house was super clean and cozy just as advertised!

We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room in the apartment, comfortable beds, and it was easy to park on the street. The location is close to Tufts University and its T line, and had easy access to the freeway too.

Simply furnished, it felt comfortable and spacious. There is a laundry available in the basement with great large new machines (but the basement is classic "old house in New England", iykyk). Noise from upstairs units (3 in this house) was audible but not disruptive. Nice neighborhood of many other 2-3 unit houses. 10-20 min. walk (depending on age/speed and choice of path) to the green line E-train T stop. Enjoyable coffee/breakfast places within a couple of blocks (Danish Pastry House, Tampers). Grocery store (Whole Foods) within walking distance -- useful, since there is a full kitchen.

Very cute

The house overall was great. Very cute, exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. The only drawback was the back door/laundry room. The lock on the back door was kind of janky, which as women traveling was a little offputting, but i told the owner and he said he would have it fixed. Also, the back steps to the laundry room weren't very well lit and it was just awkward. Overall, we were happy.

Great apartment in Medford near Tufts

Had a great stay at this property. My wife and I needed a place to stay and work while some work was being done on our house. The apartment was plenty spacious for two. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious, well-stocked and equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room to hang out in at night. We were very content working there during the day. The apartment is located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood and a short drive to Cambridge or Boston. The owner Lucas was very responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Thoughtfully Appointed and Prefect Location

The apartment was perfect in every way-clean, large, with a large TV (we did not use it but would have used it during a longer stay), well stocked kitchen, very nicely decorated, lots of amenities. I appreciated the apples! Street parking was easy. Lucas was a great communicator and very welcoming in all of his communications. Super responsive, too

Everything was just perfect. All I would suggest is a few fans in a closet for guests to have access to. Other than that , Lucas was very good at communicating with me and his place was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Lucas!

Great location - very comfortable home

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent, especially if you're visiting Tufts University. It’s also very convenient to nearby restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The home is nicely appointed with many thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. Lucas, the host, is very responsive for any questions which was great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we definitely hope to come back.

A nice cozy apartment space in a neat neighborhood :)

Stay is overall amazing. Love the space, and the place is a lot bigger than I expected! I love the bathroom too and the living room. There's also coffee and all basic stuff you need + some snacks. Apart for not being clear which apartment number I was suppose to enter during the check-in process (this got resolved by communicating w/ the owner, which they responded promptly :) ), my overall experience is 10/10 !!

Great location for college visit

Stayed here for one night with my son when we arrived in Boston to launch our week of college visits. It is walkable to tufts and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Communication with the host with my only complaint. We had questions ahead of time that went unanswered. They were clear instructions inside the unit itself but no help ahead of time from the host. My main concern was parking street parking is available though it was jammed up when we arrived. It did open up later in the evening. There is no offstreet parking, so plan accordingly. In addition, though this is a very minor thing, the check-in instructions referred to a silver key and a gold key; however, both keys were silver. It wasn’t that hard to figure out, but there was a fair amount of fumbling around with keys. the last thing is that the unit is apartment one. I don’t think there was specific instructions on that either so we weren’t sure which door to try first.
