"The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! "

"These kinds of hotels have a reputation, but I needed a quick nap on a road trip. CLEAN, clean little stop. It was a quick and easy check in. It's got the basic breakfast, cereal, fruit, the waffle machine... the hotel was clean, the wood painted by the flower beds and there was fresh mulch and flowers, and that maintenance shows they care about the hotel. "We were pleased with our stay. It was easy to get to Cleveland clinic from here. The kids we saw were enjoying the activity area. It's an older hotel but it was clean and employees were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again. "
