"Was not able to check in. Has to sleep in my car first night. Checked back 3 days in a row. 3rd day found someone on the property. They had a fire 2nd floor and never contacted me and no notice on doors , no number to call for help. Was not able to contact a manger to refund money. I booked for 3 weeks and still trying to get my $2000 dollars back. Horrible experience"

"Ich hatte einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es war blitzsauber, sodass ich mich sofort wie zu Hause fühlte. Die Angestellten waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle. Insgesamt hatte ich ein fantastisches Erlebnis und habe jeden Moment meiner Zeit hier genossen."
