"The staff that I talked to were super nice! Even let us have a later check out time which was amazing! Super clean and they provide literally everything you need. They even give you a s’mores kit and some waters and breakfast snacks and coffee. We will definitely be coming back. Super peaceful an beautiful. "

"The property is located right at the marina. This made it easy to pull out boat out every night and charge the batteries. The loft is not an option for older people because the stairs are too steep, but perfect for children or young adults who don’t mind crawling up the stairs. I found it kind of cozy and didn’t mind it at all. I have stayed in these tiny homes several times and have always loved it here. I hope to be coming back again soon "

"We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Stacy was very accommodating as well as informative. There was never a moment that she didn’t check on us to see if there was anything we needed. If you are looking for a getaway from home to rewind and just spend time with nature among other things. This place is amazing!"

"A slice of heaven on the lake. Our family was in the area for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to spend the time with family and friends and relax out on the lake. Lots off activities to do at the house, from corn hole, to the arcade system for the kids, to the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. The owner was very responsive with communication and worked with us during check-in. Would book again in the future. "

"We had a group stay here with family from Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Florida all able to come together in one house comfortably thanks to this home. Everyone had a great time at the lake house. We played cards, swam, kayaked, and paddle boarded. We made meals together in the well-equipped kitchen... We made great memories at the house. Thank you so much! "

"We stayed during the week with extended family and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was accommodating for my father who is in a wheelchair and the marina was less than a mile away where you can rent a boat. The boys really enjoyed the 2nd living room downstairs which they used as a gaming room and everyone loved jumping off the second deck into the lake."

Really friendly neighbors were always eager to chat or offer a golf cart ride. Very good communication from owner. The ladder up to the bed on the loft was pretty steep. My kids and I loved it, but it might be treacherous for anyone with mobility issues. "

"The house at first seemed too far out of the way for me, but once we got there we loved the location by the river and with a dock to fish and swim from. We loved that. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfasts. It became a great base to visit Montgomery, Selma and Birmingham; along with visiting family in the area. "
