"The property is exactly as advertised. Not fancy but met our needs perfectly. TV, heat/air and very clean. No bathroom so bring a flashlight for a short safe walk to a bath house that is lockable and private. A little challenging getting there at night but it worked out very well "

"This rental was super cute! We rented the cabin while attending a sports game at Williams Brice and it's a perfect distance from the stadium. It is a calm area, I don't think there were other cabin renters while we were there and if there were we never felt disrupted or crowded, we were able to have a calm weekend. AC worked great, Tv works, so does the mini fridge. I would be sure to bring your own bed linens as the description says. My husband slept in one of the beds and myself on the couch...

"Overall we were happy with our stay. This was our 2nd stay here. We love the location, access to the lake, private dock and boat ramp is a huge plus for me as a fisherman.. House is really nice and spacious. Only have a few little things that bothered me. Gas grill needs to be replaced. All the burners are rusted out. Glad we were able to bring a small charcoal grill. Beds are too firm for me felt like I was laying on a board. It Needs an overhead light on the dock so you can fish at night...

"Great place to stay. Everything was clean. I would add a small window A/C unit in the master bedroom. We got hot at night. Had a great time BBQing and fishing off the dock. We encountered a strong storm one evening and a large tree limb fell and blocked the dock. The host had someone there the next day to clean it up. We look forward to staying again in the future. "We had a great Father’s Day weekend at the lake. The house was a great little location on a quiet inlet off the lake. Our grandson enjoyed playing outside and watching geese on the water. The house is cozy and clean. The kitchen is very nicely remodeled and offers everything you would want. I highly recommend this location for a great getaway. "

"Great place to stay! We stayed here for three nights while on a fishing trip and had a wonderful time. Great communication with the owner, very clean property and house, great location with close access to multiple boat landings, an overall great long weekend. Will defiantly be looking to stay here again in the fiutire!"

"Thanks for let us stay in your property for several days place was clean and super beautiful we cooked good meals and somehow we feel like a home been away hipe in the future we can stay again thanks "

"Great house and communication with property owner. Only problem was a camera inside back patio where it shows inside house invading privacy. No way to get privacy due to no curtains on sliding doors. No mentioning of cameras on listing. I understand outdoor cameras but this one I felt like my privacy was invaded. Had an issue with ac got quick response n taken care of right away. "

"Found out upon arrival that owners were living there as well, which was not advertised on VRBO. Owners were kind and didnt affect the trip. There was some construction to the deck and seawall during stay, not bothersome, just unexpected. Recommend providing some fisherman friendly items; fish cleaning sink, rod holders mounted to deck, etc. Lakes Marion and Moultrie are in the top 5 for catfishing destinations in the U.S., would bring some vacationers looking to fish. Enjoyed the stay."
