"Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. As soon as we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell and it just did not feel clean. We found pubic hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom walls, the rug was dirty, and the sink was not properly cleaned.
It honestly felt like the room had been rushed through instead of thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. When we pulled out the sofa bed, that was dirty as well, which made it even more obvious that the room had...

"First room we stayed in was #4 we could not unlock nor open the door without help. Then when we went in for the night we were locked in all night we could not get the door open. That was very scary.
The next afternoon about 3:00 pm we were given room#5 the floor leaked around the toilet and came out under the wall so everything sitting on the floor was wet. The tub looked like it had mold around the top of it .I didn't shower in i I took a sponge bath.

"Arrived and was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Then was given another room the door know broke and door lock didn't work only the safety lock. Refrigerator lamp were dirty and ice bucket had unknown red substance it. We checked in at 230 am so was too tired to do anything. The next morning the desk clerk apologized and advised the mamsger would be in in a few hours. Called back several hours and manager still was not in. Was advised it would be better to email"

"I really can't believe I got a huge two bedroom condo with all those amenities for $180/night. I was actually somewhat concerned because it sooo cheap. But on arrival it was clean, as advertised - full kitchen 2 full bathrooms. Dining room living room 3 balconies.
Beautiful pool that my kids lived in! Walked across the street and rented some kayaks. Outdoor rec room - huge gym!
A great experience. These must have been condos at some point that they are now renting out."

"The condo was clean when we arrived and ready for check-in. Check-in was somewhat smooth but a lot of steps due to the gates community/toll bridge exit that both had to be dealt with.
It was a big condo, lots of room and it slept all six of us and had plenty of room for entertainment, watching World Cup and just hanging out.
The kitchen was big and had plenty of amenities and utensils. Everything worked well in the kitchen.
