"I booked the Lakes hotel for my husband’s birthday. I requested a surprise package which included balloons and confectionary. We had a complimentary upgrade to the Windermere suite as this made it even more special for my husband and he was really over the moon with the views. From start to finish the staff were welcoming, kind and really helpful. On arrival, Mali one of the receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel. "I was in room 5 and had a great stay. The room was huge with everything I needed for an overnight work visit. It was warm and cosy with a lovely spacious bathroom and nice shower. I had no difficulty securing a parking space"
