"This is a good property, but I would definitely recommend that they mention the check in process online, especially for people arriving a little late at night . First off this property is in an area that doesn’t allow cars so I had to walk all the way to search for it. "I can’t imagine a better view in this city! The location is perfect — right by the Tower and other main attractions, with mini markets and pharmacies nearby. Plenty of restaurants! The property is spotless, and the staff are extremely nice, friendly, and accommodating. It’s also just a 20-minute walk to the Central Train Station, with a taxi stand right outside. A truly perfect place to stay!"

"Staff were very nice and very helpful and accommodating. Especially Jhonny who went above and beyond . He promptly replied all my inquiries and communicate well during those times that our schedule was totally mess up . We checked in late plus our plane gor delayed and Train rerouted . In short , our schedule got bumped . As in super late the following day . He didn’t cancel our booking just like the other Hotels. We teally highly recommend this Hotel .
