"Relais Pinciana is a good value for the money. However, just be aware that the rooms are on the top floor of a building with a very small elevator, and it actually requires two elevators to get up to the rooms. If you have a lot of luggage, it may not be the best bet for you. The staff was friendly but don't expect Concierge-level attention. The rooms were clean and the location was good, right near a metro stop and Borghese Gardens."
