It is composed of:


an entry hallway
a living room with a pull-out couch (140 x 200 cm) for two people, a low table, a dining table with four chairs, a drawer, a TV and Internet/WiFi
an american type kitchen completely furnished with fridge/freezer, induction hobs, dishwasher, combi oven, coffemaker, toaster, electric kettle and everything that is needed to cook.

a separated bathroom with a cabinet, basin and a towel dryer

The parking space is located at the public parking "Bourse" at Place de la Bourse.

Apartment equipped with hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing table.

Linen is provided (linen, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival
 

Extra fees :
Late arrivals, supplements apply:

30€ between 8pm and 10pm,
50€ between 10pm and 11pm,
80€ after 11pm.

Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.
Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.

Sundays and public holidays:
If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.

Cleaning:
The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks. 
If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance. 
Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.

Plus: Communication with the owners and property management were excellent! The location of the apartment is indeed in the center of Bordeaux by the longest street, Sainte Catherine. The apartment is spacious, neat with minimalist inspired decor. The kitchen has the basic essentials so you have to bring your own olive oil, vinegar, and other condiments if you want to prepare a salad. Critique: Free parking at the Bourse with the cardkey is a bit of a walk with 2 large suitcases. We had to park in the nearest parking garage and pay before we put our luggage in the boot. Just be aware that the apartment is in a commercial district and hence, a bit noisy especially when the windows are open during the hot summer. I got bitten by mosquitoes! The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and some plates and utensils still have some food residue. We have to re-wash what we were going to use. Also, the toilet’s water keeps running after you flush which is such a waste with the climate change. We have reported it to the owners and hopefully it is already fixed. We left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived except for the floor which we did not bother to vacuum.

This property is very nice if the weather is not too warm. But the sun pores into the west facing windows on a warm or hot day, which overheats the apartment since it is not air conditioned. I would not recommend it for the summer. Also, since it is on a pedestrian street, you cannot take a taxi or rental car to this property, so one has to walk a few blocks with luggage.

L’appartement réservé n'a pas été celui loué (cause double réservation), mais l'agence a été réactive et nous a proposé un autre appartement plus grand dans le même quartier et pour le même prix. Cet appartement était très agréable et très bien situé proche de la vieille ville. Merci à l'agence "Bordeaux autrement" pour leur professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur Bordeaux.
