Oya was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. Hotel is just a few minutes from the famous old bridge and main square. The hotel was clean, had asked for Mountain View and they delivered. Asked for slightly different option at breakfast and Oya sorted that also. Would definitely stay ...
