"We had a great visit at this home. The views are amazing, the home was clean, tastefully furnished and, for those who plan to cook, had a nice set of quality pots/pans and utensils. Irish beach is within walking distance and nice restaurants in Point Arena are just 20 minutes away. Amit, the property manager, was very responsive answering my questions prior to our visit. We're looking forward to our next visit!"

"This was a lovely cozy house with great views of the ocean from the house and the hot tub, as well. The sofas are old and the springs from the cushions could be felt - so they could be replaced, but I'm concerned that to do so would motivate the owners to increase the price, which currently is relatively affordable. "A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved being able to see the starry night sky and early-morning wildlife while lying in bed. Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking."

"Abalone Point is a wonderful home for an extended family reunion. My large family, consisting of four siblings and our spouses, spent three nights here. We loved the spacious layout and great kitchen facilities. The beautifully decorated home features multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for spending time together, while allowing for separation when a bit of space apart is needed. "This place was an absolute gem. Located on a quiet street and close to the trails. The house has everything one might need and then some. "I play a game that if I can see whales or dolphins from inside a house, I win. Shalimere wins. Gorgeous views from the house, deck, and hot tub. Access to a beautiful private beach. The house and space is fantastic. The kitchen has all the tools you need - I always take a range of kitchen utensils and items to VRBOs, Shalimere had it all. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely. The hosts, Michelle and Dave, are so communicative and helpful. We loved it so much, we are coming back next summer! "
