Toumbaal Plains is an award winning and unique property set on a private coastal estate entirely surrounded by New South Wales largest coastal park, Yuraygir. This property is a recipient of the prestigious Wilkinson Award for excellence in architecture and is truly a one of a kind holiday home with sweeping views along the coastal plain and out over the nearby ocean.

On arrival you can see why Toumbaal Plains has been ranked one of the top three architecturally designed houses in Australia. Every room in this home opens up to the outside creating a surreal experience of being both inside and outside simultaneously, giving you the opportunity to be part of and also observe the abundant wildlife and the ever changing kaleidoscope of colour reflected from the limitless land and vast skies surrounding this oasis of coastal acreage.

This unique holiday destination offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a seperate building housing the kitchen, dining and living areas and in between both buildings is your open fireplace and recreation area open to the elements yet private and original to the architecture of this home. Completing the package is your own private dam with pontoon for swimming, a private airfield for those lucky enough to have a plane or helicopter (co-ordinates given personally by property owners) all set on two hundred wildlife rich acres only minutes away from the unspoiled and pristine beaches of Sandon and Brooms Head.

Almost every aspect of this property is spectacular. Design, setting, location… Only negative is that is could have been cleaner.
