"Check-in was quick. As an Accor member early check-in is allowed if available. Location is excellent, just a short distance from the Tube: Charing Cross and Enbankment. Walking distance to Westminister, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, the Strand, Covent Garden, Leichester Sq, and Soho.The room was large and the bed was firm. "The location is excellent, the staff are great, and the room (a studio) was surprisingly spacious. There is no housekeeping other than emptying the bin (which is fine, just noting it). The lighting was terrible. I had to use my phone flashlight to see anything in the kitchen or in the wardrobes after dusk. Other than that, it is excellent value in an area with some very expensive hotels and small rooms. "

"We had the room in the basement and there seems to be a problem with the ventilation which wouldn‘t stop running or start running in the middle of the night. Once we figured out to leave the window next to the entrance open just a tad, we were fine and the air also was loads better. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay! "

"Communication was excellent. I was contacted prior to arrival and communication was constant right up to the day of our stay. Check in and out was simple and we were greeted by a member of staff on our arrival at the property. They were still in the process of having a quick hoover when we arrived but that didn't bother us and they were very polite about it. The property was great and has all the amenities. It very much added to our time in London."

"The property itself was functional, clean and comfortable, however, I was provided with a room in the basement directly above the underground, so noise from that prevented me from getting to sleep and woke me much earlier than I would like. There was also significant traffic noise late into the evenings from the busy road outside (sirens, motorbikes, cars with noisy exhausts, etc.)."

"Good location. Short walk to underground station. Two stops to South Ken for all the museums. Nice area, felt very safe. Apartment itself is OK. Rooms are small but we didn’t spend much time there so not an issue. Amenities were good; oven, fridge etc. Was clean enough but felt like it could do with a bit of a makeover to spruce the place up a bit. Check in was fine and comms were all very good. "
