"After booking a 2 bedroom apartment again from a previous stay, last time we stayed there the lifts were broken and made a horrendous noise all night and we couldn't sleep, as our room was right next to the lift, we asked to move because we had no sleep, on our return this time I specifically emailed because of the noise last time, and the reply was they can't promise anything but will see what they can do, we got our room keys, and it was the directly next to the lifts again. One lift was being...

"Shared bathroom is a misnomer. It’s basically a public restroom scenario where everyone is using the same facilities.
The bed looked like it hadn’t been moved or vacuumed under in some time. No milk in the fridge for coffee/tea.
Basically an inexpensive room close to the airport, which if all you are looking for is a bed to sleep in, this worked well."

"Bathroom sink clogged.
Couch cover torn all over.
Chair covers and underneath torn and hanging.
House smelling like mould and moisture upon entry.
Dried leaves and dust falling off of the extra blanket in the cupboard."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had suited us, and the beds were
comfortable. The only issue we had the level of noise from other guests. If there
was soundproofing between floors and rooms it would be better. I resorted to
ear plugs."
