- Located in a peaceful setting in an elevated position boasting impressive views across the countryside over to the Ochil Hills and the resident herd of Red Deer. Falkirk (6.5 miles) is found in the heart of Scotland with its fantastic range of shops, bars, restaurants and great motorway and rail links, connecting the major towns and cities including Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow all within 27 miles. Enjoy a trip to The Kelpies & The Helix and the Falkirk Wheel (8 miles). Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy a trip to the Burnhouse Lochan fly fishery (1 mile). This 2-acre picturesque “fly-only” fishing, Lochan is stocked with only grade A Rainbow, Blue and Tiger Trout.
Step inside this charming property and follow the hall through into the spacious open-plan living area. The lounge with comfortable sofas is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views after a day out exploring. Watch a movie on the Smart TV and on those cooler evenings light up the lovely roaring wood burner. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen before enjoying family gatherings in the dining area. There are two light and bright bedrooms: one double and one twin bedroom. Completing this property is a family shower room.
Outside, the spacious garden is shared with the adjoining neighbours. You do have a private seating area and charcoal BBQ which is the perfect spot to relax whilst you admire the splendid countryside scenery.
