"Excellent vacation! Our family of eight adults and a newborn enjoyed the spacious house, with bedrooms located away from the open and roomy living area. As others have mentioned, the three bedrooms on the lower level don't have AC. We were comfortable with the extra fans we brought. The community tennis court and grassy area of the park are just a short five-minute walk away, where we played pickleball and spikeball. "The name might suggest a house full of skylights (spoiler: there aren’t any), it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us.The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped—we were able to prepare and enjoy multiple sit-down dinners for 17 people using both the kitchen and the adjacent dining area.The great room is a fantastic space for adults to relax, featuring a cozy fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. It was also helpful to have a separate living room with a TV, board games, and lots of room for the kids...

"This Vrbo has been housing people since the 1960's, and we're so glad to be a part of this place's history It is truly a timeless home within a beautiful area with great outdoor activites, generous people and good food (we recommend The Hatchery). Both showers (the top floor shower and the middle floor) did have a leak, but our hosts responded quickly to our concerns and addressed them within a timely manner :) "

"We stayed for a long weekend to hike and kayak in the nearby parks. The house and property were nice and clean. Lots of outdoor space, we enjoyed the porch, walking some trails and the goats! Grateful we were able to rent this peaceful property and to experience the surrounding mountains, lakes and wildlife."

"We had a fabulous multi-generational stay here this summer. The house is clean and beautiful and the kids, teens and adults had so many things to keep them entertained - the sauna, hot tub, pool and outdoor shower were fabulous. The game room with pool, ping pong, darts and foosball kept us all entertained throughout the week. The outdoor spaces were beautiful to sit and read or relax and enjoy the fresh Vermont air.
