"This flat is lovely, clean, light and airy. The location is fantastic - just swimsuit on and walk straight down to the beach! The flat had everything we needed. I chose this location for speedy access to the beach, buses to elsewhere on the Island, and food shops - all really close. For swimmers I recommend checking when high tide is, for me high tide is the best swim experience on Ventnor beach. Low tide you are wading through rocks a little bit, but don't let that put you off, you can still...

"The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable.
We were cold in the mornings. There was no option for turning the heating on earlier. As we get up early we found that a bit uncomfortable."

"A very nice apartment with excellent sea views. Lounge/dining furniture a little tired but functional. Everything very clean.Guest guide book was not updated for 2026. There was guidance provided to connect a smart TV to the internet and how to access Netflix etc but the actual TV provided was made in 2008 and predated these facilities! Tried to contact the host regarding access door key instructions but call not returned. It would have been useful to have had small waste bins in the bedrooms...

"lovely clean and quite place with excellent facilities and furnishings nd so so much room e couldn't believe how much space there was here the help we had booking the ferry and the help booking was great the arrival booking portal was good but a tad confusing at first having never used it
the new booking in booking out portal was a little confusing to use at first especially as it wasn't made clear that you need to check out on the portal to get the key safe PIN number maybe the key safe...

"So glad to have found The Island Holiday Company!
The accommodation was spacious, super clean, came with everything we would need to enjoy our stay and great views.
Ventnor was lovely to explore and we had amazing food and football Frisbee at Tapnell Farm.
