"Our host was a welcoming gentleman. Very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay very much. Spacious, secure, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"The Villa was wonderful. The grounds were like a botanical garden. We saw wildlife, howler monkeys, toucans and numerous birds, from the patio! It's location was perfect. The proximity to adventures and local restaurants was ideal. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a great time staying in this location. The view of the volcano is so nice, and the yard is beautifully landscaped. Being so close to the highway, you can sometimes hear a bit of traffic, but it wasn't too bad. Having Soda La Palma next door was great! We ate there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We stayed all over Costa Rica during our 12 day trip, and one of the highlights was the chilera served with the empanadas. The garden behind the soda is beautiful and my daughter loved Balu...

"Wow! What a wonderful property, we did not want to leave. So comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful verandah and an outside bathtub and shower. Our teenagers loved it too, gorgeous pool area and comfortable rooms and great kitchen. We also so enjoyed viewing toucans, humming birds and other wildlife right from our porch. Good WiFi and netflix etc. Laundry also done for us. Overall a brilliant stay!"

"Great place to stay if you’re staying in Arenal area. Great views. Limited privacy in front 2 bedrooms. Driveway is a little tight and slippery when wet but it’s nice to be able to get the car out of the street."

We appreciated the detailed descriptions and videos before we arrived, and qr codes in the house to access instructions for amenities like the hot tub. "We had an amazing stay at Morada Colibri. The property is even nicer in reality than on the pictures. If you are lucky you will be able to see wildlife in the trees around the property - we were lucky to see a family of monkeys :) There is also an outdoor gym area and the jacuzzi is huge. Andy is a great host! I would definitely stay here again!"
