"This was my first experience through Vrbo and it was excellent. From the beginning the communication with the contact person was excellent. All my questions were answered almost immediately. When we arrived the house was very clean and very nice decorated. It had a cottage feel and very homey. Thank you for everything."

"The photos wee from a long-term rental ad, unfurnished. Host said there was furniture. I got to the property, and the neighborhood was known by me and others to be unsafe."

"When I booked, I was looking for a place with a pool and made that clear in communication with the host. The host was gracious enough to let us check in early so we could use the pool but when we arrived the pool was locked and we had no access.Overall, the place was super cute and quiet. The location is near downtown and behind a bus station. An additional feature was the gated parking area.I would recommend staying here just bummed about not getting to use the pool."
