"Overall, our stay was average with a mix of positives and concerns.
We requested early check-in, which was denied due to cleaning. The next morning we were allowed to drop off bags, but less than 20 minutes after leaving, we were told cleaning was complete. This raised concerns, which were confirmed upon return. The unit did not appear properly cleaned—counters were sticky and dusty, the bathroom and shower (including tracks) were dirty, and windowsills had not been cleaned in some time. Walls...
