A large and cozy living area with separate and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to relax after a day of tourism and shopping.

Positives:Good all-round apartment. Everything that you need. Some nice welcome treats. Good location, 10 to 15 minutes walk to the centre. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. All rooms are a good size. Lots of leaflets and maps and travel books in the apartment. I would stay again.Negatives (all very minor):Kettle a bit small if more than 2 people staying.Walk-in shower cubicle a bit small.The outside of the building could be nicer looking.

Great Apartment in Local Neighborhood

The apartment is perfectly located close enough to the tourist area but you still have all the local places to eat and see. Apartment is very nice and one of only a few with 2 bathrooms. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location! Exceptional host!

This apartment was within walking distance of everything in Bologna and also provided a quiet oasis at night for rest. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Just a few steps to grocery store & coffee bar. We enjoyed the espresso machine! Our host was very helpful and even booked us a taxi for our departure. Highly recommend!

It was a very good quiet location. Piazza Maggiori was very close with so much history. A food market and a very good coffee bar are close by. Inside is great too with the washing machine and two AC units. The skylights in the bathrooms are nice also. Will be back.

Very much enjoyed staying here during a family trip to Bologna! We were visiting the first time from the USA. The apartment was clean and well furnished, with plenty of room for a family. The location was ideal, a short walk from the city center. Communications with the property manager were quick and convenient - very good!

Best Bologna Location

If you want to explore ALL that the incredible city of Bologna has to offer, THIS is the location for you! Eleonora's apartment is perfectly situated for visiting the dozens of the wonderful attractions in this ancient Italian city. The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed for a wonderful visit. Eleonora herself was fantastic, responding to our every need, and making sure that, even though there were dangerous weather conditions in the area (sever flooding), all of our needs were promptly met. There is no other accommodation for us if we visit Bologna again - this wonderful apartment was perfect for our family.

Lovely

The best part of our stay is the ease of checking in and check out was convenient. The place is lovely , chic and you have everything you need. The beds are comfortable. I want to give give it a 5 star because of the exprecommended. Love the little welcome gifts given like water, juice, snacks. We're well appreciated. Cleanliness was 99% I would just like to bring the 1% to the owner's attention about the cleanliness of the refrigerator. The cleaning services might have forgotten to clean it or did a shortcut but it had a dirty smell of food leftovers. Other than that, the location, comfortability, safety and convenience is all there. I would stay here again if I come back to Bologna. Highly recomended. Thank you for sharing your place.

Lovely stay in Bologna

The apartment was very comfortable for three adults and well equipped, except that it would have been nice to have a microwave. The beds were firm, as are all beds in Italy but nice sheets and towels. Good location with a coffeebar and supermarket very near. Easy walking distance to Piazza Maggiore and other sites. Easy to access for check in.
