"We came to Springfield for a wedding and decided to try a VRBO instead of a hotel and my, we are so glad we did. This property was immaculate. The unit looks to be brand new and absolutely spotless. I wish every place was this beatiful and clean. We loved sitting outside at the fire pit and watching a storm roll in. It was just so peaceful. The mattress was the best I've ever slept on. "This was the sweetest, most up-to-date beautiful little cottage. It looked rustic on the outside which was charming, and was beside a green pasture with bales of hay, but somehow they designed the utmost contemporary look and still kept the rustic charm inside. "This was our first time at the Bissman Cottage, and we were not disappointed. The house was immaculately maintained inside and out with exceptional furnishings. It's a perfect central location within a nice neighborhood. Our host (Cindy) was extraordinary in communicating and reaching out to make sure we were happy. We visit Springfield about 3 times a year, and we have found our new go-to place to stay. An absolutely delightful place to stay."
