This beautifully Tropical-appointed stilt house is located on Bokeelia with a view of Charlotte Harbor from across the street and a waterway canal with a mooring post.

The main living space on the upper level has a great room with a custom kitchen, a fully equipped, dining table with 8 chairs, a sofa area and cathedral ceilings, 2 bedrooms, a TV room, 2.5 baths, and a very relaxing porch that spans the width of the home with views of the Charlotte Harbor.

The lower lever is perfect as a "Mother-In-Law '' suite, complete with a one bedroom w/ 2 twin beds, full shower bathroom, kitchen, dining table, living room w/TV, screened patio with outdoor sitting area, and a private entrance.

The Outdoor area features a pool, a built-in table and tiki bar, an Adirondack, a mooring post for your boat, lounge chairs, and a BBQ. A custom, unique bamboo fence surrounds the pool area.

Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation in a tropical lush area, which will make you feel that you have stepped into the South Pacific.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Home

The property was exactly as described and well maintained. Our group enjoyed bringing the boat and fishing. Very close to local restaurants as well. We will be returning!

Loved the house!! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was a great location and we had a wonderful time. Only issue was a couple toilets were not clean & we had to clean them. But otherwise the house is fabulous!

Beautiful house and location

Wow, this house is the greatest rental we ever stayed in !! Its very clean and just as described, its a beautiful place ! The kitchen have everything you need to make dinner for a whole family, and its very clean ! The beds and mattresses is perfect, new linens and towels, very luxurious ! Our whole family loved the big space both inside and outside in the garden and the pool area. We had a great time ! Next time we will rent a boat since there is a private mooring. The location in Bokeelia is very nice with walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants and don’t forget to look at the sunset, its beautiful !! We will be back for sure, this house is the best ! We recommend it to everyone ! Also a big thank you to the managers Sabrina and Lisa, easy to get in contact with and supernice !
