This home is in a beautiful, quiet subdivision on the 11th tee box of the Lakeview Golf Course, just off Interstate I-84. It is thoughtfully themed about our picturesque State. The neighborhood is a well maintained, beautiful area with a public golf course running throughout the subdivision. Our neighbors are great people that are kind and friendly.
This super clean, newly updated home is centrally located in the Treasure Valley. Close to a variety of restaurants, shopping, concerts at the Ford Idaho Center, Skiing at Bogus Basin, hiking the nearby trails, and all the outdoor fun Idaho has to offer and just minutes from the mountains! Or stay in and play one of the games provided, watch a movie on Disney+ or our Vudu Account.
Step down into the sunken living room and enjoy the 58-inch Smart TV, take a soak in the jetted bathtub (the jets in the tub are cleaned and sanitized regularly), or sit on the back porch and just enjoy the beauty of the snow, or the warm summer nights.
All furniture and bedding are new, including the mattresses. The bedding and premium towels are replaced often to assure they are fresh.
There are new appliances in the kitchen that has everything you need (except food). All the cabinets are labeled for ease of use. And I even supply coffee, pods, and tea.
The washer and dryer are there for your use, as well as laundry detergent.
We work hard to earn your 5-star review and take pride in our Host status. We have the BEST cleaner that is incredibly detail oriented! Easy check-in and a short, simple check-out list.
We have a new HVAC system with an on-system ionizing air purifier and a thermostat that is easy to use for the comfort of our guests.
The whole home is yours to enjoy & We truly hope you have a great stay.
There are 3 motion activated cameras that are recording at all times. Cameras are located at the front door, garage, and back porch.

What a wonderful house to stay in, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals and the bed was comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and safe- and we were just 10 minutes from the Ford Center where we spent the days at a wrestling tournament. Mallisa was fast to respond and even went to the house before our check in to make sure it had a few items in the kitchen I had asked about. We’ll definitely be back!

This house was perfect for my elderly mother, sister and niece. All the rooms were furnished nicely and very comfortable. The neighborhood was well kept and seemed safe. My mother enjoyed her daily walks around the golf course. The location was close to a grocery store and drug store. When family comes to visit again I will definitely try to rent this home again.

My sister and I stayed at Mallisa's property for our nephew's wedding. We loved her home! It was so neat, and clean and well appointed. We had our breakfast out on the patio and loved watching the dog walkers and golfers on her semi private patio. She is so easy to communicate with as well. If I had a question, she answered it within the first 15 minutes of my sending the email to her. When I am in Boise again I would love to stay at her VRBO!!!!! Well done, Mallisa!Lia Lombary

Walk-able and Quiet Neighborhood

Situated close to shopping and restaurants the neighborhood is quiet with little through traffic so a pleasure to walk morning or evening.The house was very clean, well equipped kitchen, clean linens, and comfortable beds.It was a lovely stay and I would book again when returning to the area.

Home away from home

We had a great time visiting with our son who is stationed in Idaho. This house was perfect for the 5 of us to have as a home away from home. It was organized, clean, and so comfortable to relax in. The host were great to work with also.

Our son graduated from Northwest Lineman College in Meridian. This home was the perfect location for us. It was a great place for us to enjoy our family together away from home. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Just as described. Beds are comfy and bedrooms have a good amount of space. Kitchen is well labeled which makes cooking easy. Living room is relaxing and gives everyone a space to sit back. Would stay again.

Fantastic home

Check in/out process was easy and quick. Mellisa was responsive and helpful with any question asked. Home was very clean which was important for us with our newborn. The pack a play worked perfectly getting our son to sleep.

This property fit our needs perfectly as all the living is on one level, and it's perfectly located for proximity to shopping and dining. Nice view of golf course in the back. Very well stocked with all the essentials you might need. Very clean, and beds are comfortable. Nice living room sofas with TV. Lots of natural light throughout the house.

Two months in Meridian

We enjoyed our extended stay in this residence. The neighborhood is excellent with nice proximity to the golf course. Given that this was a 2 month stay, a number of routine issues came up which were quickly addressed by the host. Our only suggestion would be that the cooking implements could be upgraded.
