Listing Description
This delightful four-bedroom, two-bath home is the perfect getaway. This property has a beautiful backyard with lots of space. The home has a split bedroom floor plan and a spacious bonus room upstairs. You'll have access to a community pool and park with walking paths right down the road. The master bedroom has a king bed with 55" T.V. The two other rooms have queen size beds. The bonus room has two queen beds with a 55" T.V. Close access to entertainment and the freeway. Book it! You deserve it. Tampering or altering any security device is against property policy and may result in an eviction.

We did not have any pets.The home was meticulously clean and very nicely stocked. We particularly appreciated the pack and play. Our family from several states were staying in Meridian for a wedding in Kuna. My daughter, the mother of the bride, lives in Meridian, and the home was very conveniently located. The lock system was easy for people coming and going at different times.We loved the back yard. The children loved running barefoot in the plush grass and playing games. The patio, with lots of chairs was perfect for everyone to visit, tell stories, and LAUGH A LOT! The house is very cozy and felt like home. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. This was an amazing place to stay while we connected with family! We LOVED the backyard space and spent pretty much every evening with the kids playing baseball and the adults talking. It was beautiful! Everything was easily accessible and the little touches of making us feel welcomed and at home were a bonus perk! We would stay here again!!

Sunny Oasis an accurate title.

We were very happy with the house. It was exactly as listed and located perfectly for our activities. We were there for my graduation from NNU in Nampa but went to Boise for the Zoo, aquarium and lots of shopping in Meridian.Four of our party ended up not being able to join us but the house was just right for who we did have.We brought Bocce Ball and Corn hole to play in the perfect back.

Very helpful owner

Our visit was an unhappy one because of a sudden family death. But the hostess was extremely helpful and even had a bouquet waiting for us. The house gave us a clean, homey place to come back to each day. The neighborhood was pleasant to walk in.

Cozy and comfortable for large family

Enjoyed our stay here great location centrally located to everything . House has everything you need , and is well stocked with games to keep kids busy. Clean up list at checkout was easy great communication with owner on check in and check out .

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at this little home while visiting family in Boise and it was perfect. Really enjoyed the community pool and the comfort of the home. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to all the questions, would definitely stay again.

Awesome for a family stay

As a family of 6 it is a difficult task to find places to stay that are affordable and offer what we need to keep everyone happy. This place was so clean, well taken care of, had a well stocked kitchen, and the pool access was awesome! It’s also close to many attractions and things to do in the area. Will more than likely book again.

Great Stay

We arrived 2 hours early and the property manager what kind enough to respond right away and set the locks so that we could go inside. Everything was clean and welcoming. We felt like home and it was so refreshing after a poor experience we had with a different stay earlier in the week. We used the pool as well which was nice to have. The yard is beautiful and large so we had plenty of fun. We realized after checking out that there were a few instructions we may have missed so like starting a wash with towels so apologies for that. Otherwise we felt like we did a good job to leave the house nice. Thanks for the stay!

Clean and comfortable house

Just moved to Idaho and stayed here the first few days to use as our home base while we were having furniture/appliances delivered and unpacking. It was nice to have a cozy home base to relax in at night and make breakfast in the morning before going to our new house for more unpacking. Billee is a great property manager and was very responsive.

Better home away from home.

Beautiful, clean, and cozy home. It was very welcoming. Everything was right where it needed to be. The pool was clean too. If I ever have a need to go back to this area, I would definitely use this home again.

Beauty in Boise

My family and I went toBoise for our nieces wedding. Sunny oasis was the perfect house. It was close to everything we needed. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The owner, Billie, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. When I get back to Boise I will certainly hope Sunny Oasis is available and would recommend it to anyone.

Cozy family home

We were grateful to find a home that fit our family for Christmas, including our sweet dog. Home was very clean and loved having a fenced backyard for kids and dog to play (was snowing, so was extra fun for them!). Loved the loft room with 2 queen beds and TV, nice to separate when having a large group. Property management was wonderful to work with! Communication was outstanding, quick responses and follow-through. Owner also added a Christmas tree for us, which we loved.

Very comfortable place to stay.

So glad we stayed here. Price was about equal to getting two hotel rooms per night plus we had a lot more amenities like kitchen, common area (living room), back yard and better privacy.
