Brand new to the market mid-April 2023 - all NEW carpet, furniture, and bedding. This spacious, elegant home is 1.4 miles from Costco in Boise and 6 min from the Boise Airport. This house is set up to accommodate large groups. Rates are based on 10 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 18.

The Space:
Downstairs sleeps 4, upstairs sleeps 14. NO air mattresses involved :-)
Everyone gets to sleep on a memory foam mattress in a real bed or sleeper sofa.

The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

Guest Access:
You can use the entire house. Parking is in the garage, the driveway, and on the street.

Getting Around:
You will definitely want to have a car.
