Summary:
This spacious, elegant home is 2 blocks from the new Costco in Meridian. This house is set up to accommodate large groups. Rates are based on 10 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 20.

The Space:
Downstairs sleeps 4, upstairs sleeps 16. NO air mattresses involved :-)
Everyone gets to sleep on a memory foam mattress in a real bed.

The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties.

Guest Access:
You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in a residential neighborhood 2 min from the new Costco and on a very quiet street. To Boise airport: 24 min. To Bogus Basin: 27 min. To Eagle: 10 min. To Idaho Central Arena: 25 min. To Eagle Ada Sports Complex: 17 min. To Eagle Tennis Club: 14 min.

Other Things to Note:
There is a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is local to Boise and Meridian. We prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with us is via SMS/Text. We will respond within the hour.

We enjoyed our stay at House with Fire Pit &Pool Access in Meridian. Very clean. Backyard was a great place to hang out in the summer.. Pool access was very close. The house had everything you needed to cook and feed lots of people. To be fair, the kitchen hand lots of small appliances and cooking gear, but it did not have everything like at home. This is not intended to be a negative, just keeping it real. Sam was one of the best hosts I’ve had, very good with all aspects of our stay. All in all, we really like our stay at this house. Sorry for any typos….

Excellent house!

The home was beautiful and so clean. The floor plan is perfect for a family gathering! The back yard was so inviting and quiet. We appreciated the abundance of towels. The pool experience was great for the kids. The trundles under the beds upstairs were a bit too close together to fully pull out, and one of our grandsons kept rolling off in the night and hitting his head on the metal bar. No other drawbacks though!

Great place for family with kids

Rented this property for Thanksgiving 2024. Great set up for families with kids. Two queen bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin trundle beds ( can sleep 4 each) and one large bedroom with 2 queens and a daybed that can sleep a couple of kids. Has a sofa sleeper we didn’t use. Two large rooms on main floor. Lots of TVs. Nice backyard. Was very clean and kitchen was adequately stocked with plates silverware and cookery. Close to stores and restaurants.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here, Sam was very helpful and the rental was beautiful. We went with my whole family and had 11 people staying there. There was more than enough space and my whole family was very impressed with the home. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and well cared for home

Our family spent 4 nights in the area and had an absolute blast. Our stay was even more comfortable and enjoyable due to our accommodations. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a VRBO so clean. It had everything we needed, the furniture was sturdy, comfy, and well cared for. The neighborhood was perfect, with the pool close by and a lovely park and fountain a little more than a block away. We traveled with a toddler, and the high chair was a nice touch!

Great location, plenty of beds!

We had a couple of usual rental communications, and Sam was prompt and professional with her responses. The house had everything we needed for our group of 15. The kids enjoyed the community pool which was clean and refreshing, and everyone enjoyed the beautiful flowers on the property.

Amazing!

Meridian

One of the best stays ever. I have used this type of family getaway a number of times and this one is at the top of the list. Clean and well appointed. Location is the best. Close to anything we wanted to enjoy, explore, or travel to. Great neighborhood with friendly residents. If I wasn't so old I would look into moving to this beautiful city.

Such a GREAT house!!!

I booked this house last minute the day before and the house was more than perfect. It was my family with 3 kids 4 and under and they had a blast in the backyard and all the swimming in the pool literally across the street. We really appreciated the short walk with all the kiddos. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. I never felt like I wished there was something that wasn’t there. The house had so much space for all of us and the kids to play. The check in and out was so simply. And the communication with the home owner was so good with quick replies! LOVED this house and if we are ever back in the area will definitely be staying again

House is great for a large family. We had 9 people celebrating a BSU graduation and we fit with plenty of room to spare. House was clean and in a location not too far from some of our favorite Meridian restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

EXACTLY what we needed... a PERFECT place!

This home was EXACTLY what we needed... we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Family was in town unexpectedly for a funeral, and we did not know for sure how many guests would be staying with us or with my family in their home. The flexibility of bedrooms in this home was part of what drew us there, but I also loved the photos of the multiple living rooms, the large primary bedroom, the open concept living/dining/kitchen. It all appeared beautiful online... and when we walked in the door, the house absolutely lived up to all our expectations. The flow of the home worked great for our two + families, the beds were comfortable, the number of bedrooms was fantastic, the large sectional couch was great... and the open great room was such a delight. The convenience of the home's location was perfect, too... near the grocery store, Starbuck's, convenient for walking/running straight from the house for those that wanted. The washer/dryer was great too. I just can't say enough good things about the house. We will rent this house again when we come to town to visit family. On another note, Sam's availability during the process of checking in (we added two nights to our reservation at the last minute) was fantastic. Just the right amount of communication and attention to our needs. We are SO happy with the rental home, the process, the property owner/manager and our stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
