Spacious Modern Solar Powered Home w/ Arcade!

This beautifully designed and decorated 4B/2.5B solar powered home is just minutes from the very popular Village at Meridian. It's also very close to all of the shopping and dining along Eagle Rd. It's also very close to Redwood park.

The kitchen is fully equipped (save $$ by eating in), the fenced back yard for pets, kids is for your use exclusively!

The bedrooms are set up for maximum rest. Sleep like a rock in the comfy king bed in the first floor master, the queen bed in the second bedroom, the full bed in the third and the two singles in the fourth bedroom. There is a full bathroom in the master and another full bathroom for the other two rooms as well as a half bath off the living room for guests. Also, enjoy two nostalgic arcade games complete with 4 Big Buck Hunter games, Street Fighter II, and 13 others. There is unlimited free play during your stay!

This home is located in a super chill neighborhood off of Ustick Rd! So if you are looking for privacy, this is the place for you.

The open floor plan is great for relaxing or entertaining guests. Enjoy a flatscreen TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels! Oh, and the home is 100% carbon neutral, powered by top of the line solar panels discretely mounted on the roof at the back of the house. You can stay in our home with the peace of mind that you're living green! Please note that the garage is locked and reserved for the owner's personal belongings

Nice and Easy

Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have the video games for the kids. Road was a little busier than I had expected so if you have small kids the back yard is fenced. Only thing I didn’t realize is recycling was available but there was no designated recycling bin in the house. Would def stay here again.

Centrally located home

This home is centrally located in Meridian. Close to Albertsons and many restaurants. Check in was smooth, communication was great. The home was very clean and had a lot of room to spread out. We would stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay

The host made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Check in was easy. We had a small problem when we first arrived but the responsiveness of the host to help us out was fantastic. Very communicative and responsive. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. It was a great place to rest and relax after a long day of work. The pictures of the home are accurate. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Great spot

The location was just right for our trip. The property was nice for the 5 adults we had plenty of space and were able to enjoy our time together in the main living area. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Perfect location; comfortable stay

I stayed with three teens in this comfortable home. It was great. Everyone had their own bed and space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to shopping (we were there for school clothes shopping), and a park nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. We hung out at the kitchen table the most playing games and talking. The house was in a great location. Easy to get to shopping, restaurants, zoo, mall, downtown and Idaho State. Nice being on a corner with room to park 3 cars. Host was great! I’d stay here again!
